A rift in space-time — opened deliberately — that pulls whole worlds into one location. It never stopped.

The Breach is not a natural or cosmic accident. Leaders on the first world opened it deliberately. It pulled other worlds through, then grew beyond their control and keeps pulling worlds in. Official Concord channels insist it is contained and an accident. The truth is buried. The Breach is still active, still widening, still dragging remnants and newcomers through. Every new region on the map, every new faction — all of them arrived through the Breach.
